It’s been over a week since I started keeping a gratitude journal and I have to say I am feeling a lot more positive. Like most people, I tend to dwell on the negative, fixating on the things that I don’t have in my life instead of all the things that I do have. But keeping a journal where I chronicle the good in every day has shifted my perspective.
